Boots and Bling Raises $24,500 for Bentley Village Foundation Programs

The Boots and Bling Fundraiser held on April 12 by the Bentley Village Foundation raised $24,500 for the Foundation’s programs. Everyone enjoyed the Western event featuring the Big Cypress Band. After a barbecue dinner, residents danced and were guided in line dancing by Annie the resident line dancing instructor.  During a cocktail party before the event, residents could purchase upscale costume jewelry (bling) created by a resident.

The Foundation’s programs enhance the cultural, intellectual, and emotional well-being of the community and provides programs such as music therapy for people with cognitive impairment.
